The Fine Print (Rules governing sales of raffle tickets)
Grand Prize Raffle Tickets:
- Grand Prize entrants need not be present to win and tickets are $1.00 Each
- Tickets may be purchased on the day of the event at the Maricopa Amateur Radio Association booth beginning at 8:00 AM, or at any of our club meetings or special events prior to the event.
- Tickets may also be purchased online prior to the event by visiting the event website at https://www.copafest.org/cf18prizes.html via PayPal.
- Online ticket sales will end on October 20th, 2018 at 6:00PM Arizona time.
- Online ticket sales will let you purchase tickets prior to the event and lets you pickup tickets on the day of our event, October 27th, 2018, or at any of our club meetings prior to October 20th, 2018, or receive email confirmation of purchase and ticket quantity.
- All raffle ticket sales are final, no refunds will be provided.
- Grand Prize Drawing will take place at 12:00 PM on the day of the event
Door Prize Raffle Tickets:
- One Door Prize Ticket with Each Paid Admission.
- Door Prize Raffle drawings will take place hourly, starting at 9:00 AM.
